Yet another report showing how NCLB fails because there's no money to implement half of it...that makes what... 3, 4 reports now?

Ray Simon, an assistant secretary for aducation says:
"The perpetual cry of more money, once again echoed in this report, simply does not comport with the facts."

I wanna know WTH facts they're looking at.

I wanna know what they think "comport" means. Given that politics is based on rhetoric, and rhetoric is the art of the persuasive use of language, I am amazed and outraged at the number of apparently successful politicians who have not mastered their native tongue and do not care.
