The hotel has graciously said we don't have to pay the daily rate for the projector, they'll let us have it for the whole weekend for the daily rate of $200.

We need it for maybe 1 hour on Friday, and maybe 4 hours on Sunday.

*sigh* This is nice of them, but that's still alot of $ for 5 hours of use.

only $200, so not worth buying one (although the long term investement would be almost worth it, but not in the budget)
