I think I like the way I went better - no error message, no nothing, just people vanishing suddenly, abruptly, finally leaving me with a few ghosts in the 'hood I was in...
And I wandered around in it until I was tired, and then I linked out, and the screen went black. (And it crashed my Mac so hard that I had to power down and go to bed.)
