Points of Contact

The summary of the 'team meeting' today was "Wow, that sucketh, but it's Not Our Department, DDD needs to handle this". This was followed up with a informal meeting with some of the more 'in the trenches' team who were just as frustrated as we were, and a hard core letter writing campaign is planned. The system is bork, and we've fallen through the cracks in a significant way.
