Every pregnant woman, at 38 weeks, should have to go to a hospital (or a simulation thereof) and spend at least an hour lying in bed, strapped to a fetal monitor, with a fake IV taped to their hand. She should also have to experience lying on her back in a broken down delivery bed (flat or semi reclined), with her feet in stirrups, putting her chin to her chest, and trying to curl up to push.
