not enough room to grab. as far as we can tell, it's the *exact* size of the opening.

Fixodent. Warm up a tube, squeeze it down onto the cuo, then press something like chopsticks into the goop. Wait a few seconds, and ease the cup up.

oooh, that might work. Tried duct tape, and a suction cup, but there was enough resistance that they both popped off.

I can speak from experience that once it sets, you need to work to break that grip.

Might be a vacuum behind it, maybe work a popsicle stick in between it and the wall of the opening and tip that a little to let air in?
